Principal-in-Charge/Senior Project Manager

Ms. Rodriguez began with Architeknics, Inc. as a Junior Architect and elevated her responsibilities to become Principal-in-Charge over the course of her 22 years of service to the firm. As the leader of the office she is involved in all aspects of nearly every project, but her chief responsibility is the administration of the firm’s Institutional/Educational Facility Projects. Ms. Rodriguez presides over most activities involving interaction with public clients, and is particularly involved in the design & construction administration phase of the A/E Services.

Mr. Perez-Alonso is a co-founder of Architeknics, Inc. With 33 years of experience, he is the highest authority in the execution of documents and design of any given project. He sets the high standard-of-care that Architeknics exercises in every architectural endeavor. In addition to these management duties, Mr. Perez-Alonso administers all financial records for the Firm.

Mr. Berounsky is a co-founder of Architeknics, Inc. He supervises all staff production. He is a treasured leader of the firm for his practical & technical aptitude, which is applied to developing quality architectural detailing. He draws on his breadth of experience to serve as the leader of research and site investigation. In addition he is the firms most seasoned Architect, capable of providing solutions to construction problems efficiently and effectively.
